User agreement

MotionCreat provides a public collection of interface works together with membership access, creator tools, and partner features.

Features may differ by account, membership, approval status, and the configuration of this installation. What you can do is shown in your current workspace.

Keep your sign-in details private and make sure the information attached to your account is accurate. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Do not impersonate another person, share an account without permission, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Only upload or submit work that you own or are authorized to use. You keep the rights you already have in your work; MotionCreat may process submitted material as needed to review, display, and operate the service.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or intended to compromise the service or another person's account.

Membership and work access are shown against the order and account that received them. Do not treat a pending, failed, or reversed payment as completed access.

Pricing, availability, and settlement rules are shown on the relevant product or workspace page and may change with notice.

We may pause or restrict features when there is a security, abuse, payment, or policy concern. We may also update this agreement when the product changes.
